1 packet Mexican Vince
250g Beef Mince (For Vegetarian replace with second pack of Vince)
1/2 tin Black Beans
1 bag of Nacho Chips
1 cup of Grated Cheese
Hydrate Vince with 1 cup of boiling water.
Brown off beef mince.
Rinse black beans and add.
Stir hydrated Vince into the beef.
Add a little more water if you like a saucier finish.
Top with cheese, tomatoes or salsa, sour cream, gherkins and coriander. Add some kick with your favourite hot sauce.
