Thought this would be a good way to get vegetables into a meal when fresh ones aren't available. Easy to use and tasted great in a dinner of nachos. Good to get the variety to try out too

Vince is a great addition to the pantry. I've been adding it to lasagne and casseroles and my picky teen hasn't said a word. Great way to get more vegetable variety.
