Vince Instant Noodle Lasagne

Ingredients
• 1 pkt instant noodles (discard seasoning sachet)
• ⅔ tin crushed tomatoes
• ½ cup Italian Vince
• ½ cup boiling water
• ½ cup cottage cheese
• ½ cup grated cheese
• 1 egg
• Extra grated cheese, optional
Method

Spread ⅓ tin crushed tomatoes over the base of a small air fryer–safe dish.

Gently separate the noodle cake into its two flat layers and place one layer on top of the tomatoes.

Pour over ½ cup Italian Vince.

Add the remaining noodles, then top with the remaining crushed tomatoes.

Pour ½ cup boiling water evenly around the noodles.

In a small bowl, mix cottage cheese, grated cheese and egg until combined.

Spread the cheese mixture over the top. Add extra grated cheese if you like it golden.

Air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Let sit for 5 minutes before serving so it sets properly and isn’t molten lava in the middle
