2 packets Italian Vince
1 tin chopped tomatoes
4 cups boiling water
1 large cauliflower
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheese ( I use DF)
2 tsp stock powder
Instant lasagne sheets (I used GF)
Add boiling water to Vince.
Add chopped tomatoes to Vince and stir fry through.
Boil or steam cauliflower til soft.
Whizz with milk and cheese.
Season with salt, pepper and stock powder (if desired).
In an oven proof dish layer 1/3 of the Vince sauce, pasta sheets, then cauliflower bechamel. Repeat twice more, finishing with bechamel.
Cover with baking paper and foil, bake at 180 c for 1/2 hour.
Remove from oven. I like to top with breadcrumbs and grated cheese and return to oven at 200 c until golden.
