Vince Cheeseburger Rice Paper Rolls

Ingredients

  • 120g beef mince
  • ½ cup Vince (Classic)
  • ¼ cup boiling water
  • 1 egg
  • Splash of water (for egg wash)
  • Rice paper sheets
  • Diced white onion
  • Diced gherkins
  • Grated cheese
  • Burger sauce (to serve)

Method

  1. Cook the base
    Brown the beef mince in a pan.
  2. Add the Vince magic
    Stir in the Vince and boiling water.
    Mix well and let it sit for a few minutes to hydrate.
  3. Cool it down
    Transfer the mixture to a plate and allow to cool slightly.
  4. Prep your rolling station
    Whisk the egg with a splash of water and pour onto a plate.
  5. Soften the rice paper
    Dip each sheet into the egg mixture (both sides).
  6. Fill
    Add:
    • 1 tbsp beef & Vince mixture
    • Onion
    • Gherkins
    • Cheese
  7. Roll
    Fold in the sides, then roll tightly into a mini spring roll.
  8. Cook
    Air fry at 200°C for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.

To Serve

Serve hot with your favourite burger sauce.

Top Tip

Don't let the rice paper sit on the bench or it will start sticking. 

If the rice paper is too stiff to roll wait 15 seconds and try again
