Not sure. Very smooth, puree texture. I think I'd add some crunch next time. I think this would be nice mixed with tinned lentils.
The flavour is mild enough that the kids don't find it too spicy, but still spicy enough for the adults. Win, win!
This worked a treat! I have made several mince dishes combined with the magic of Vince and my vege phobic mokopuna have absolutely devoured and enjoyed their Kai without any suspicion that I have sleuthed veges into their dinner. Five star recommendation for Vince! Discreet nutrition at it’s best!
Made Spaghetti Bolignaise and lasagne with the italian vince. It was very delicious and so easy to use. It's a big bonus to know that my family are getting lots of veges and are none the wiser. Thank you for this amazing product
Love the flavours, used one to make vegetarian shepherds pie for myself and a friend, the Italian one added great flavour to meatballs for spaghetti bolognaise
Unsure first time I tried the pasta one. Tasted so much better when I reheated it on the second day
So great to be able to bulk out a meal and know it’s full of everything healthy and good! So easy to make as well.
All 3 flavors were very tasty. The product was versatile and we added it to all sorts of meals to top up the vege content (nachos, tacos, pasta, pizza). It was helpful having vince recipes to refer to. Our daughter enjoyed the taste and even when she knew it was a form of vege, she was still happy to eat it.
These packets of goodness are a game changer. I just eat them on their own with a bit of boiling water. Absolutely delicious and no nasties. I'm a fan !
When I work late and don’t have much time, this has proven to be a real winner. The Vince is ready in as long as it takes to toast a piece of sourdough or heat some rice. I’ve only tried the Mexican one so far, but it was great with some cheese, sour cream, Tabasco and salad. Yum!
I love love love Vince products when tramping and camping so thought I’d try out the Mexican style last weekend. They were really good buti was expecting a little more spice (chilli or smoked paprika). I’ll keep buying them but taking a small sachet of chilli with me. Would love to have some form of pulse in the packet (beans).

I have only tried thr Mexican flavor. It is going to be great for tramping to get those extra veges in easily by just adding water then adding the mix to your mince. The flavor is good, I didn't add anything to my dish except salt.
Very tasty and a quick easy option. The colour/texture is not very appealing. But i love having this healthy plant-baded option readily avsilsble!
