Vince is a great addition to the pantry. I've been adding it to lasagne and casseroles and my picky teen hasn't said a word. Great way to get more vegetable variety.

I have only tried the Italian mix added to freezedry mince and pasta with a bolognese packet sauce. Very palatable as a tramping dinner.
